Cancellation policy: All refunds (Except IT Workshop) will be processed and mailed following the X-MEETING 2011 Conference. Fees will be 50% refunded for any signed written cancellation received before October the 12 2011 (post marked stamp) and/or faxed to (55 31 3295-3115 A/C Guilherme Oliveira X-MEETING 2011). No refund will be made for cancellation after October the 12, 2011.
