Instructions for
submission
|
|
Authors should
submit a one-page poster abstract
in English (up to 4000 characters)
to appear on the conference
proceedings and web site (see
format here). A maximum of three
posters per presenting author can
be submitted, since there will be
three poster sessions. The
presenting author of the poster
must be registered and be available
at the poster session(s) to present
the poster in order to receive the
certificate.

Poster board
dimensions are 0.90 meter wide x
1.20 meter high. AB3C X-Meeting
will not offer tables for laptop
computer demos during any poster
session, however, since additional
discussion are possible during the
subsequent afternoon breaks, if
this is the case please ask the
organizers to book your
presentation for the first poster
session.
Late submission is now open and will remain open until October 4!

Advertisement poster will not be
accepted.
