Cancellation policy: All
refunds will be processed and mailed following the X-MEETING 2008
Conference. Fees will be 50% refunded for any signed written
cancellation received before 1st September 2008 (post marked stamp)
and/or faxed to (+55-31-3295-3115 A/C X-MEETING 2008). No refund will
be made for cancellation after 1st September 2008.
