Cancellation policy:
All
refunds will be processed and mailed following
the X-MEETING 2009 Conference. Fees will be 50%
refunded for any signed written cancellation
received before 1st September 2009 (post marked
stamp) and/or faxed to (+55-16-21019365 A/C
X-MEETING 2009). No refund will be made for
cancellation after 22th September 2009.
